YOTI is a collection of light fixtures designed to look like paper ghosts
Here, I wanted to take advantage of the rigidity of Procédé Chenel’s Honey Comb to create freestanding objects, without ever revealing the honeycomb structure. It is a purely geometric exercise. The paper is constrained only at the base of the lamp. It then returns to its flat shape.
By adding two light sources, I create a ghostly presence, like eyes beneath a sheet of paper. The lamps take the shape of a Y, an O, a T, and an I.

Materials
Honeycomb paper, 2 5W LED chips, PLA frame.
